The new frontier of espresso
Bianca is the spearhead of LELIT espresso machines. A real gem that allows expert baristas to have absolute control over espresso extraction through manual control of the water flow thanks to the paddle wood and parameter management with the LCC system.
A long pre-infusion, at constant pressure
Bianca has eliminated the mechanical pre-infusion present in the E61 group by replacing it with the LCC-Paddle couple which allows you to program the "pump on" and "pump off" times and obtain a constant pre-infusion pressure for a much longer duration.
Establish maximum pump pressure
In order to extract the best from each coffee variety or roast degree, each barista can decide to change the pump calibration (up to a maximum of 12 bar) through the adjustment screw. The variation in pressure affects the behavior of the pre-infusion and the paddle.
An extraordinary extraction
The filter holder has a diameter of 58mm with a wooden handle and a Coffee Slide outlet which accompanies the coffee in the cup and actively contributes to the creation of the espresso. The progressive inclination, length of the outlet and open surfaces are masterfully balanced to achieve the best result.
Walnut wood knobs and paddle
All the details mounted on Bianca, such as the buttons, the paddle and the filter holder handle are made of fine walnut wood for an extremely pleasant feeling to the touch and a high-class aesthetic result.
Paddle
By turning the paddle, you vary the flow of water on the coffee tablet in real time until maximum pressure is reached. In this way it is possible to manually modulate the extraction to obtain the best result in the cup with all types of coffee or blends.
LCC
It is the instrument that allows you to manage the machine parameters, such as the regulation of coffee extraction and steam temperatures, the pre-infusion duration, the activation or deactivation of the steam boiler. , management of stand-by times, counters for partial and total doses and visualization of temperatures in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Double kettle
Two independent kettles, one for steam and hot water extractions and another for coffee extraction. A system designed for greater thermal stability and to be able to extract coffee and steam simultaneously.
FEATURES
Repositionable tank
The Bianca tank is held inside a "backpack" external to the bodywork in order to avoid possible heating of the water, it can be repositioned on one of the three side parts of the machine to best adapt to the available spaces. In addition, it has been designed to be easily removed for cleaning operations.
Measures true extraction pressure
Through the pressure gauge mounted directly on the E61 group, it is possible to measure the real pressure applied to the coffee tablet, for even more precise and punctual control of the extraction.
Stainless steel body
Bianca's bodywork and recovery tray are made of AISI 304 repolished steel, the king of materials, for infinite durability, an aesthetic appearance and unrivaled ease of cleaning.
Steam-hot water nozzles with technology cool touch
The new LELIT steam and hot water nozzles, with their new ergonomic geometry, are cool touch . This helps avoid possible burns, cleans the nozzles with ease and prevents the formation of milk residue for an even more satisfying experience.
Adjustable feet
Bianca's feet are made of walnut wood, the same material used for the other details of the machine and are adjustable in height - thus ensuring optimal stability of the machine on all surfaces and, in case of connection to the hydraulic network, an adjustment of the inclination of the machine to empty the water easily.
Energy saving
Bianca is manufactured with a sophisticated system to save energy. This allows you to program a time of stand by after which the steam boiler is deactivated and the coffee boiler is maintained at a temperature of 70°C, with cup warmer efficiency at 80%. This guarantees a machine warm-up time of approximately 10 minutes and a significant saving in the energy consumed.
Technical parameters
A high-performance machine like Bianca must be able to adapt to the various working conditions and extraction requirements of each barista. To this end, Bianca is equipped with a technical submenu that allows you to customize settings, such as the temperature of the two kettles.
On the Bianca V3, there are 4 different modes of use:
1- Sleep mode (eco mode) : after a programmed time (from 30 to 540 minutes), the software lowers the temperature of the coffee kettle to 70°C, while the steam boiler drops to 0°C.
2- Stand-by mode (sleep mode) : this is the new feature of the Bianca V3. After 30 minutes, the coffee and steam kettles as well as the LCC will turn off. This is the default setting.
3- E-Mode : the steam kettle is always off.
4- Always ON : when the user deactivates stand-by mode (sleep mode) and sleepy mode (eco mode). The machine is always on.
New software
The machine software has been upgraded to add the new function Low Flow , the Stand-by mode (sleep mode) and optimization of the device's heating time.
Low Flow
The biggest improvement of the machine is the function Low Flow which could be translated as “reduction of water flow”. On the Bianca V3, LELIT has in fact automated an action previously possible only using the paddle .
Temperature compensation mode (Offset)
This value increases or decreases the temperature of the coffee kettle during brewing, changing the temperature of the water coming from the group head.
